Please reach out to Andre or Jessie if you cannot find an answer to your question below.
In order for us to finalize plans with our vendors, we ask that you RSVP no later than January 3, 2025. The earlier the better! You can RSVP using the RSVP link found in the menu above.
We recommend staying within the Carillon Beach community, as all wedding events will be held on the grounds. For more information on stays, see the lodging headline under "the big day" in the menu above.
For guests wanting to stay outside of Carillon Beach, Panama City Beach is the nearest town, along with Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach. Most areas of 30A are easily accessible from Carillon Beach. The Comfort Inn & Suites Panama City Beach - Pier Park Area is a hotel option just down the road from the Carillon Beach community.
For the welcome party, please dress to your comfort. It will be on the beach at and around sunset, so you may consider bringing something to keep warm.
For the wedding day, please dress in your favorite beach semi-formal attire. For some outfit inspiration, click here. We would appreciate if guests wear light colors or florals, and refrain from wearing jeans or solid black.
Please keep in mind, the wedding will be on the beach, so there will be sand, everywhere! Also, the reception area is partially in the grass, so consider wearing shoes that can be slipped off in the grass and sand, or something you don't mind getting a little dirty.
Although we wish for perfect weather, please consider checking the forecast and planning for the elements as you pack.
Only guests with a formal invitation to the celebration should join us, as we have a limited amount of spaces reserved. Please reach out if you need clarification on who this may be.
Don't forget to bring your best, happiest, and ready to party-est self!
There are a limited number of parking spaces available in front of the reception venue, the Meeting House, at 109 Village Way, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. For guests staying within the Carillon Beach community, we suggest leaving your car where you are staying, as Carillon is a small, very walkable community.
We ask that you plan and arrange your preferred method of transportation back to your stay beforehand. We want everyone to have a beautiful experience, while staying safe!
We ask that all guests aim to arrive to the ceremony location by 2:45 pm, as it may take some time to find the correct beach walkover, reach the ceremony site, and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. Our reception will be ending at 10:00 pm, per city ordinances.
Please feel free to sit wherever you please during the wedding ceremony, as long as the seat is not reserved. We will not be having a "groom's-side" or "bride's-side", as we feel we are all family. So choose the seat that you feel is most comfortable and gives you the best view!
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we would like no electronics to be on or visible during the wedding ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer to capture the moment, so please allow them to do so, unobstructed.
Following the "I do's", guests are welcome to enjoy the beach views. Beginning at ____ pm, you may join us in a cocktail hour and reception at the Meeting House, located at 109 Village Way, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.
There will be escorts providing direction from the beach to the reception venue.
We would love to see your favorite pictures from the showers, welcome dinner, before and after the ceremony, and even the morning after! Use the hashtag #GoingGanauser on social media, so we can look back and see all of our favorite people celebrating with us!
Please keep in mind, we will have a professional photographer and videographer, so don't worry about missing a moment, it will all be captured! Just have fun, don't worry about your phone!
